What it is
A one-star ranged unit with unusually broad coverage and the first pick among the four starter units. Its line ends at Flaming Archers, whose burn damage still defines the ranged meta.
How to use it
Keep it in the back line and behind cover, and never expose it alone to cavalry in the open. At level 20 it evolves to Longbowman and then to Flaming Archers.
What creators say
The top starter recommendation: at its third ascension it becomes a three-star Flaming Archer with burn damage. Cavalry is its one weakness.
