What it is
The evolved Javelineer and the end of the anti-shield ranged line. At three stars it is hard to fit alongside your main units on a mid-range star limit.
How to use it
Use it as the answer when the enemy fields a pure shield formation. On a limit of 8 to 10 it costs you a main slot, so do the maths before evolving.
