What it is
A break-shield melee unit with officially confirmed block damage, and one of the standard answers to a Spartan formation or a shield line. It has no evolution line, so investment only comes through ascension.
How to use it
Lead with it when the enemy opens circle formation or stacks shields. It attacks slowly and gains nothing from evolving, so treat it as a tool rather than a long-term project.

Break-shield melee, and combined with a charge it is the standard way to break a Spartan formation.
